I am an intellectual property and commercial contracts lawyer with more than a decade of experience advising businesses across India, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. My career began at one of India's leading intellectual property law firms, where I advised global technology, media, pharmaceutical and consumer goods companies on trademark prosecution, enforcement and brand protection strategies. I later moved in-house with a leading multinational FMCG organisation, where I managed Global IP portfolios, oversaw enforcement programs across multiple jurisdictions and negotiated a wide range of commercial agreements supporting business operations and expansion.
